These Terms and Conditions govern all purchases made in-store and online (if applicable) from TCG Area Limited Liability Company (“we,” “us,” “our”). By using our services, you agree to these terms.

• All products are subject to availability and may change without notice.
   
• We do our best to ensure product descriptions and prices are accurate. However, errors may occur, and we reserve the right to correct them at any time.
   

• All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change.
   
• Sales tax will be applied in accordance with Indiana state law.
   
• Promotional prices and discounts cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.
   

• Sealed product may be returned within 7 days of purchase with a valid receipt and unopened, untampered packaging.
   
• Returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
   
• Refunds will not be issued until the returned item has been inspected and confirmed to be in original, resellable condition.
   
• Opened trading cards (e.g., single cards, opened packs) are non-refundable and non-returnable due to the nature of collectible trading card games.
   
• All sales are final on clearance and special edition items.
   

• We ship within the United States. Shipping fees and delivery times vary by location.
   
• Tracking information will be provided once the order is shipped.
   
• We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or incorrect address details provided by the customer.
   

• Preorders require full payment upfront.
   
• Release dates are set by the manufacturer and may be subject to change.
   
• Cancellations on preorders are allowed within 24 hours of placing the order.
   

• All participants in tournaments or in-store events must follow store rules and show respect to others.
   
• Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the premises and a ban from future events.
   

• We are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use or misuse of our products.
   
• Collectible card values can fluctuate and are not guaranteed to retain or increase in value.
   

• Customer information is kept confidential and used only for order processing and communication purposes.
   
• We do not sell or share your information with third parties without your consent.
   

• We reserve the right to update or change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted in-store and online (if applicable).
